Booking Terms & Confirmation Policy
Example proposal valid through October 14, 2026. Room availability must be confirmed. A 30% deposit of $450 would secure a confirmed booking; the balance of $1,050 would be due on the evening. Confirm final headcount by October 31. Cancellation at least fourteen days before the event returns the deposit; later cancellation retains it.
